Pilates -
Pilates is an innovative form of physical and mental exercises that rejuvenates your muscles and enhances the overall functioning of your body. The focus is on core muscle groups of the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks. Through Pilates, you will also learn how to properly control your breath... Pilates creates a streamlined body, improves coordination and body awareness and releases stress and tension. The Mat Pilates exercises are great for improving the mind-body connection; the class is fun and good for all levels.
Latin Fusion -
Latin Fusion Dance Class gets the spirit and energy up!
This a 40 min body-sculpting workout with electrifying Latin music, and easy-to-follow steps and body movements you can take from the gym to the dance floor.
NIA -
NIA is a dynamic “body-mind-spirit” fitness program incorporating expressive movements ranging from low-impact, aerobics, dance, martial and healing arts.
Zumba -
Zumba mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps mainly derived from Latin music. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It’s great for overall fitness and targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals and back.
