The Toronto Ladies Gym approach
to fitness is based on three basic principles:
consistency, safety and knowledge.
- Don’t
quit! Make fitness training part of your lifestyle.
Set up a work-out schedule and don’t swerve.
- Too many beginners hurt themselves either
as a result of wrong technique or simply trying
to become fit overnight. Learn from professionals,
ask for advice, educate yourself.
- There are ways to fitness that are straight
and safe, based on knowledge and common sense.
There are ways that are long and take you through
traumas, plateaus, pain and disappointment.
And there are ways that don’t take you
anywhere – you know many such examples.
We are a team of fitness
professionals whose mission is to make your
fitness efforts safe, fruitful and fun. We will
teach and motivate you, help you to set up a
plan and accomplish your goals.
